You Break Through

I had a great experience at this dental office. I recently started treatment for a dental crown and currently have a temporary crown in place. So far, the entire process has been smooth and professional. The doctor Shadi Ryad has been very kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I also want to thank the front desk staff for being so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made scheduling easy and were always pleasant to work with. I’m looking forward to returning for my permanent crown and truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you!

I just had four of my wisdom teeth removed. This was my second time visiting this location. I had an amazing experience on my first visit with Patricia Romero. I was doing my annual check and the staff was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. At this location they even showed me things that I needed to pay attention to that I wasn’t aware of . Doctor Zach was the surgeon that took care of my procedure. I was put fully asleep, and even almost unconscious I remember the staff being kind, patient and comforting me when I was tearing up! I love asking questions and they took the time to answer them all. I was happy to see that they followed all the correct procedure by letting me know how I could be ready for my appointment, as well as letting me know how I could take care of myself after the surgery. Besides the normal recovery, I can tell my mouth and teeth were treated with the most delicate care, which I’m so happy about! If you are having your wisdom teeth removed, a friend recommended me to use lip moisturizer and a sweater (that you don’t like because it might get dirty) during the procedure! I definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

Both Miranda and Gaby were phenomenal during my visit to D.O.V. on 7/29/2026. Dr. Ryad, I STRONGLY suggest you consider promoting or raising Miranda's per hour wage as she is friendly, professional, and serves with a smile. I appreciate the help and will return.
